You can spend as much time looking at the outside of a vehicle, but when it comes down to living with one, the majority of your time will be spent in the belly of the beast.

You already have the McLaren so my next pick would be the 997 GT3 RS, because race car.

Porsche has the most driver-focused interior that I can think of.

Recently spent time in the W222. What a beautiful, serene, and comforting interior.

I like the interiors of most modern Ferraris and Masers. They're not the best setup or the most high tech. But dat Italian leather...

WRX
I'm kidding, this interior is never going to win an award...but you buy the car for what's under the hood, not what's inside

It's not the best by any means but to be honest I like the WRX/ STI interior. Sure, some of it is cheap plastic, but it's not over complicated and looks very clean and simple, which I like a lot.

When driving was about actually driving (and Honda actually knew how to build cars):

I remember sitting in an A8L as a young(er) sales consultant with my fellow comrades... one dude looks exactly like an older 2-Chainz with a fade and a 3 piece suit.
"This 'z the kind of cawr you got to put half your body out like yeeeeeah !"
Those diamond pleats do affect the comfort of one's ass, not to mention the ergonomics and reach of every button or polished toggle is perfect.

I'm sure I'm really showing my age but I have no idea what a "2 Chainz" is. I don't think I want to know either.

Volvo has some of
THE
best interiors on the market these days.
Simple, elegant, and not to mention comfortable (No, a front seat from a W221 S-Class is not as good as a front seat from a Volvo S60, or even better, an S80)
Looks wise, and quality wise, I believe Volvo has the best insides around, bar none

As with many, many things attributed to my generation (I guess? I'm almost 30) you're not missing anything.
... If it helps I also blasted Zappa, Elton John and P Funk from my phone once we figured out bluetooth...

I quite like the VW Up's insidey-bits. It's all fairly high quality, very efficiently packaged, and you get a lot of customisation options; depending on the owner, it can look as 'professional' as a Golf, or as 'funky' as a Mini. It feels like they put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to sit.

Wow, so many of these interiors you guys have posted are terrible. I don't know if you're all joking or have never seen some of the interiors on high end cars.

MB has amazing interiors. When I was shopping for my car, I had choices between C250, 325, and the A4. In my eyes, the C250 had the best interior of the three. Classy and luxurious with a touch of sporty. It's a constant delight.

My girlfriend drives one. There is not one soft touch material found besides the carpet. Everything in that car is cheap, the rear suspension looks like something I could make in my garage.

I think it's hard to justify modern car interiors—cheesy gadgets and buttons everywhere. Not to mention seas of hard plastic and all the cost cutting in anything affordable.
I always thought pre-67 Buicks, Oldsmobiles, and Cadillacs had very tasteful looking interiors. Not to mention some of the most comfortable seats in the universe and plenty of room. After 67, they pathetically cheapened out when they were forced to include headrests.
Have a 64 Riviera.
